Nothing is more satisfying than the utter silence of disappointed fans after beating their team in their house. That’s the part of playing sports I’ve enjoyed more than anything. It hasn't mattered if I was playing CYO basketball for Saint Cyrils, or playing in the NFL for the Buffalo Bills; going on the road into a hostile environment with my teammates, fighting against all odds and leaving with a win has always been more fulfilling than winning at home. However, early in my athletic career, this task was much simpler, oftentimes just one or two practices and a quick drive across town.
