A.J. Tarpley up, Dan Carpenter down in Bills' win

A look at Buffalo Bills players who were "up" and those who were "down" in Sunday's 16-6 win over the Washington Redskins:

UP

A.J. Tarpley: The rookie linebacker got the start in place of an injured Nigel Bradham and he came through with the biggest play of the game, intercepting quarterback Kellen Moore in the third quarter and returning it 37 yards.

Sammy Watkins: Watkins led the Bills with five catches for 84 yards and seemed to get open with ease against the Dallas secondary. He was flagged once for delay of game and twice for offensive pass interference, although the second penalty might have prevented a Cowboys interception.
