One of the primary reasons the Miami Dolphins hired rookie head coach Adam Gase in January was due to his strong track record with quarterbacks. Gase has had success with various quarterbacks of different skill levels, including elite talents such as Peyton Manning and inconsistent quarterbacks such as Jay Cutler and Tim Tebow.
Enter Ryan Tannehill, who is Gase's next quarterback project. The fifth-year veteran and former 2012 first-round pick for Miami has shown flashes but has yet to put together a dominant season. Gase pushed Tannehill hard this spring to learn his third offense in four years.
