The hits unfortunately just keep on coming for Buffalo’s 53-man roster. Running back and wide receiver have endured most of the injury setbacks so far this season, but not far behind is Buffalo’s safety position. On Wednesday starting S Aaron Williams was placed on I-R designated to return, meaning he will not be eligible to play again until mid-December.
Williams suffered a neck injury in Week 2 against the New England Patriots on a diving tackle on Julian Edelman. He was taken from the field by ambulance to the hospital as a precaution. He missed the next two games, but returned to action last week at Tennessee.
