The Buffalo Bills safety was immobilized and taken off on a stretcher today.
There was a scary moment during the Buffalo Bills game this afternoon. With a few minutes remaining in the third quarter, starting safety Aaron Williams was taken off the field in an ambulance after suffering what the team called a neck injury. He was transported to a local hospital according to the CBS broadcast.
Williams dove in an attempt to stop a touchdown score from New England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman. He landed on top of Edelman and immediately looked like he was in pain.
