The final cuts to NFL rosters are stressful for everyone involved, and the Buffalo Bills are no exception. While interim cuts weren’t a part of the proceedings this year, the maximum roster size is still 53, and a lot of players are going to be out of a job. Of course, some players have that decision made for them (or make it themselves, if you will) by ending up on the suspended list. They don’t count against the roster limit, but they don’t play. The Bills have a couple guys in that boat, including a third-year receiver who has perpetually lived on the roster bubble.
