Buffalo Bills special teams ace Steve Tasker won’t be elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2020. He was eliminated in the cut down from 25 modern era semi-finalists to 15 finalists this week.
While this marks the seventh time Tasker has been a semifinalist, it was the first time since 2013 and it came in his final year of eligibility. His candidacy will now move to the Senior Committee.
Tasker absolutely deserves the honor of being inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. They changed the rules because of how well he played his position and he was a transcendent player.
