The Buffalo Bills don’t need to stay at number nine overall in the 2019 NFL Draft. General manager Brandon Beane said as much earlier this offseason in response to trading down. But Beane has also shown a propensity to be aggressive.

If Beane sees a high-value player dropping into trade territory, he’s not afraid to pull the trigger, so don’t be shocked if he swings a deal should one of the top two or three players on their board begin to fall towards them.
