The Buffalo Bills needed to upgrade their wide receivers, and they did so over the offseason. While they didn’t add any players via the NFL Draft, the team signed two solid veterans to contribute this season, and they also added a former CFL star and two undrafted rookies.
The overhaul of the position didn’t begin in March, however. Buffalo changed its philosophy regarding its wideouts midway through the 2018 season. They added smaller, shiftier players and parted way with larger receivers like Andre Holmes and Kelvin Benjamin, who both struggled to gain separation last year.
