The Buffalo Bills have added some depth on their offensive line today, officially announcing that they have signed offensive tackle Marshall Newhouse and center Russell Bodine. Newhouse most recently played for the Oakland Raiders while Bodine was with the Cincinnati Bengals.
Bodine has started the last 64 games at center for the Bengals. He would seem to be firmly in the mix to replace Eric Wood, who has said he can longer play football. He will battle with Ryan Groy for the spot. He’s a former fourth round pick.
Newhouse is longer in the tooth.
