Going into the weekend it was assumed that it would be a ho-hum week for college football, but as soon as the games began that assumption was turned on its head. Unranked San Diego State took down #19 Stanford, unranked Vanderbilt held on to beat #18 Kansas State, and #12 LSU was completely dominated by unranked Mississippi State. If Texas could’ve held on against #4 USC, it would’ve been a hell of a week. Several of the NFL prospects below were either key cogs in inevitable upsets or were on the losing end of upsets through no fault of their own.
