The first half of Buffalo’s 2016 campaign certainly did not play out the way many expected. Buffalo bookended a four-game winning streak with two pairs of losses. Who they beat and who beat them didn’t run in concert with expectations. Though a 4-4 record doesn’t leave much room for error in the second half of the season, Buffalo is just one game back in the loss column from an AFC playoff position.
“Yeah, we’ve been back-and-forth,” said Lorenzo Alexander of the team’s first half. “I think you can look at certain things, especially early on where we could’ve won a couple of those games, but we’ve just got to be consistent.
