The Cincinnati Bengals have made a rare trade. The Buffalo Bills are sending LT Cordy Glenn to the Bengals, as first reported by Josian Anderson.
The Bills are sending the #21 overall pick and Glenn to the Bengals. Cincinnati is sending the #12 overall pick to Bills. The teams will also swap 5th and 6th round picks. The Bills have no 6th round pick, but have two 5th rounders at #158 overall and #166 overall. One will go to the Bengals. The Bengals 6th round pick is #187 overall, which will head to Buffalo.
In terms of the value on the NFL Trade Value Chart, the Bills are getting roughly a mid-second round pick back for Glenn.
The Bengals have now filled a massive need with Glenn. Offensive line play was a major problem for the Bengals and the addition of Glenn takes care of left tackle.
The Bills could be looking to move up and land a quarterback in this year's draft. Now at #12, they don't have to move up as far to secure someone like Josh Allen, Josh Rosen, Baker Mayfield or Sam Darnold.
