It was kind of embarrassing: Spencer Dinwiddie, seen as one of the Nets young stars — and an example of their development prowess, had a non-guaranteed deal, the only one on the team.
Now, Adrian Wojnarowski reports, the Nets recently rectified the issue.
The Nets recently guaranteed guard Spencer Dinwiddie’s $1.65M salary for the season, league sources tell ESPN.

Under terms of the three-year contract he signed on December 8, 2016, Dinwiddie’s salary was non-guaranteed until the day before the regular season began, then guaranteed only $250,000 until January 10, the day all non-guaranteed deals are extended for the rest of the season.
