INDIANAPOLIS — The Nets’ three young guards are their future, the engine that’s driving their rebuild.
But it’s their three old vets that have steered the way around the winding roads of an NBA season and into the playoffs.
“I don’t think we start piecing it all together without Jared Dudley, Ed Davis and DeMarre Carroll, where they bring that veteran presence,” Joe Harris said. “They’ve experienced big games, they’ve played in playoff situations. They just get it. They’ve been in this league a long time and they really helped show everybody the way on this team.
