The Nets are hosting a three-day minicamp at Brooklyn’s HSS Training Center this week for a host of prospective free agents.
The team generally holds a few of these minicamps over the summer, inviting players who washed out of the NBA, are playing in the G-League or are toiling overseas. The best of the lot get a shot to earn an invite to the Nets’ Summer League team in July.
Semaj Christon, Kyle Fogg, Josh Gray, Brice Johnson, Naz Mitrou-Long, BJ Mullens, Xavier Silas, Jarrod Uthoff and Thomas Wimbush were among the invitees, according to Hoopshype, while NetsDaily was the first to report the inclusion of Walt Lemon.
