The Brooklyn Nets sign Jacob Wiley to a two-way contract

Wiley, a forward out of Eastern Washington, was first reported to have signed with the Brooklyn Nets after the NBA Draft. CBS Sports first reported that the Nets had nabbed Wiley on a two-way contract. But Brooklyn made the move official on Aug. 14.

However, Wiley has some experience playing for the Nets. He was a member of the Las Vegas Summer League squad. During his time in the Emerald City, Wiley averaged 2.5 points in 15.6 minutes for the Nets. He did show potential as a solid rebounder, averaging 4.1 total boards per game. But most of his time was spent riding the pine as he was buried on the Nets depth chart.
