Juan Pablo Vaulet, who the Nets traded for on Draft Night, will not play in either summer league after injuring his ankle and knee, according to media reports in his native Argentina. He will have travel to the US to meet with team officials.
Ole, the big Argentine sports site, reports Vaulet has informed the Nets. He will be sidelined at least a month. Vaulet, a 6'6" swingman, played well in the first and second games of the FIBA U19 tournament in Greece, then pulled himself in Game 3. He has missed four straight games since then.
