LAS VEGAS — There haven’t been many bright spots in the Nets’ winless summer league. Jarrett Allen is one of the few, for both his play and his leadership.
The Nets lost 109-102 to undefeated Houston in the summer league playoffs at Cox Pavilion. But Allen — who sat out the first two games in Las Vegas — had a second straight strong performance. Even more important than his defense or his double-double was his demeanor as he continues to come out of his shell.
