One step closer to number one. The New York Liberty opened up the month of September with a showdown against the Seattle Storm. It was a tough battle, but the Liberty were able to come away with another win. They are now 28-6 on the WNBA season.
The opponent today is a familiar one. The Las Vegas Aces have started to figure things out and are working to secure homecourt advantage in the first round of the playoffs. They were in Uncasville to take on the Connecticut Sun on Friday night, and came away with an incredibly impressive 71-67 victory.
