Per a one-line announcement Friday afternoon, the Nets have waived Exhibit 10 players Nate Sestina and Jordan Bowden. The move will give more flexibility in filling out the end of the bench.

The Brooklyn Nets have requested waivers on guard Jordan Bowden and forward Nate Sestina.

Bowden and Sestina were originally signed by the Nets on Dec. 1. Brooklyn’s roster now stands at 18 players.

Bowden, a 6’5” 3-and-D guard out of Tennessee, and Sestina, a 6’9” stretch-4 who played for Bucknell and County, can now be assigned to Long Island.
