The Brooklyn Nets have an open roster spot, and according to Yahoo! Sports it looks like they will fill it by signing former 76ers big manHenry Sims to a 10-day contract. Sims, 25, is currently in the D-League, averaging 15.7 points and nine rebounds with the Grand Rapids Drive (Pistons affiliate.)
It's still not a done deal, but it's been discussed.
Tony Brown wouldn't confirm report Nets signed Henry Sims but did say he spoke with Sean Marks yesterday about roster & Sims was discussed.
