Nets: Thomas Robinson Snags 16 Rebounds in Opener

In the preseason opener, the Nets could not manage to pull out a victory against Fenerbahce, but they did learn a few things about their roster. One of the biggest takeaways from Monday’s game is that 4th year player Thomas Robinson is ready to take on a major role for the team: the rebounding leader.

Robinson has always been capable of crashing the boards as good as anyone else. He came into the league as an athletic, but raw prospect who was already an established rebounder. Since he has been in the league, his offensive game has not really improved.
