It’s a slam dunk for Brooklyn Nets point guard Spencer Dinwiddie, who is in contract to buy a penthouse at Brooklyn Point, Gimme Shelter has learned.
At 720 feet tall, the under-construction building is set to be Brooklyn’s tallest tower. The penthouse is on the 68th floor — making it the highest apartment available in the borough right now.
That means serious views for the basketball star. It’s been reported that the top of the building has expansive vistas spanning from the Rockaways to northern Manhattan and everything in between.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit, technically a condo/co-op hybrid called a condop, is 1,455 square feet.
