In the Nets’ past two games, they got back Caris LeVert and Allen Crabbe after almost five combined months on the shelf.
Now they’ve got to work them in, building the guards’ minutes while testing lineups and tweaking rotations.
“I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s starting over, but it’s definitely going to take some adjusting to get used to just playing together again,” Jarrett Allen admitted. “But I think we’re going to mesh well together again.”
Crabbe missed 26 consecutive games with a Dec. 12 knee injury before returning in Wednesday’s win over Denver. LeVert sat out 42 straight with a Nov.
