Nets move on to free-agency Plan B with Greivis Vasquez deal

After losing out on restricted free agents Allen Crabbe and Tyler Johnson, the Nets moved on to Plan B.

That included signing guard Greivis Vasquez and sounding out a move for restricted free-agent wing Dion Waiters.

The Vasquez move was first reported by the Vertical. The contract will be for one year and $5 million, a league source told The Post.

Vasquez suffered through a frustrating season in 2015-16, averaging just 5.7 points per game and four assists in 23 games for Jason Kidd’s Bucks before ankle surgery cut the Venezuelan’s campaign short.
