Nets cut down on mistakes in win over LeBron-less Cavaliers

CLEVELAND — Maybe the Nets are getting used to the new faces and experimental lineups.

Perhaps they’re getting comfortable with the different system and unfamiliar offensive scheme.

Or it could be the post-LeBron Cavaliers just plain stink.

Whatever the reason, the Nets finally kicked the turnover habit long enough to kick the Cavaliers all over the court, 102-86.

The NBA’s most turnover-prone team finally played like it valued the ball, and rolled to a much-needed laugher at Quicken Loans Arena, leading by as much as 23.
