General manager Sean Marks has maneuvered to clear a trove of 2019 cap space. With Brooklyn coming off a 28-54 campaign — but one of just two teams in the league sitting on $65 million in practical cap space, and the flexibility to sign two max free agents — Atkinson vowed his team will be big-game hunting.
“I think you have to dream big,” Atkinson said on ESPN-NY Radio’s “The Michael Kay Show.
