First place, first pick. The Brooklyn Nets went into Indiana looking to take care of business and stay ahead of the Philadelphia 76ers in the race for the top seed. Brooklyn did that and then some by outpacing the Pacers by 21 points last night.
The opponent tonight will be the Portland Trailblazers. It’s been a curious year for Terry Stotts’ guys as they are fighting to avoid the play-in games. They helped the cause by beating up on the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday night. Right now, they’re in seventh, one game behind the Mavericks.
