MONTREAL — Nets coach Kenny Atkinson has a thing about developing his big men’s 3-point shot. First it was Al Horford. Then it was Brook Lopez. Is Kenneth Faried next?
After missing the first two preseason games with a sore left ankle, Faried finally made his Nets debut in Wednesday’s 118-91 loss to the Raptors. He might be debuting a newfound outside stroke as well, with both Faried and Atkinson confident he still has more in his game yet to unlock at the age of 28.
“I can shoot. I never wasn’t able to shoot,” Faried told The Post.
