When the Nets boarded their plane in L.A. Wednesday, it was a new experience. It's not a team plane, with black-and-white livery, but a Delta charter a 757. It's part of a new 10-year deal for the 27 teams that participate in the Delta charter program. Delta provides 11 customized planes that rotate among the team.
There are the larger, wider, plusher seats that NBA players need, tables for eating and high-stakes card games, a larger bathroom.
