Russia is 3-0 in FIBA Eurobasket and Timofey Mozgov is a big reason why.
Russia defeated Belgium Monday, 76-67, in Istanbul as Mozgov went for 12 points and three rebounds... one the big play of the day, a monster left-handed put-back dunk
Mozgov was 4-of-8 overall —no three's to report— in 22 minutes of play. He now has 43 points in three games on 24 attempts. Alexey Shved, one of the stars of Eurobasket, led Russia with 20, his third 20+ point game.
Russia now moves on to play Latvia and Kristaps Porzingis, who've had a lighter schedule than Russia.
