Mitch Creek, a bulwark of the Long Island Nets title run, will be headed to the Timberwolves on a 10-day deal, according to several reports ... including some tweets from his teammates.
Jon Krawczynwski of The Athletic Minnesota first reported talks between the 6’6” Australian forward and the T’Wolves.
Severely shorthanded, Wolves are working on signing Mitch Creek from Long Island of the G League to a 10-day contract, sources tell @TheAthleticMIN. Creek is a 6-5 shooting guard avging 15.5 points and 5.5 rebounds per game.
