After two ordinary games, at least by his recent standards, the high-scoring Milton Doyle was back for the Long Island Nets Saturday, scoring 29 points in the Nets affiliate’s 109-105 over the Wisconsin Herd in Oshkosh, WI. The Nets are now 9-5 and boast the fifth best record in the 26-team G-League.
Doyle shot 10-of-23 overall and 3-of-8 from deep, handed out three assists and recorded two steals. Jeremy Senglin, the shooting guard who has played with Doyle in the summer league, training camp and now the G-League, scored 22 points, as did big man Kamari Murphy.
