The Long Island Nets kept up the Delaware Blue Coats for three quarters Tuesday but the Blue Coats, led in part by former Net David Duke Jr., broke away in the fourth and wound up winning the contest, 119-104 in Wilmington. Long Island is now 4-3.
Kennedy Chandler, the 6’0” point guard who played for the Grizzlies last season and for the Nets in Summer League, led the Nets with 21 points, barely topping Nets two-way Jalen Wilson who finished with 19. Wilson also finished with eight rebounds, a block and two assists.
