The Long Island Nets advance to the G League Eastern Conference Finals after taking down the Toronto Raptors affiliate, Raptors 905, 112-99. It was the organization’s first playoff game in its three-year history.
Long Island will face the Lakeland Magic in the conference finals on April 2. Like tonight’s game, the Eastern Conference Finals will be a win-or-go-home game. The winner will advance to the NBA G League Finals, which is a Best-of-3 series.
The Nets had six players in double-figures in their first ever playoff win. All Nets starters scored in double-figures, including two double-double performances.
