The Long Island Nets have made their first move for the upcoming G League season, trading their G League rights to Jaylen Hands for the rights to Bryce Brown. Both are 6’3” shooting guards.
Brown played in a total of 43 G League games over the last two seasons, one each with the Boston Celtics affiliate, the Maine Red Claws, and the New York Knicks affiliate, the Westchester Knicks. Bryce, a 25-year-old Auburn product, was troubled with an ankle injury last season and underwent surgery at the end of the G League season. Two years ago with Maine, Brown averaged 16.
