Sunday night at Barclays and another big win for the 7-2 New York Liberty as they rolled over the Indiana Fever and held Caitlin Clark to a season-low three points. But the biggest number of the night might have been 17,401 fans who showed, another sellout for the Libs as the WNBA Moment continues.
Indeed the Liberty season keeps setting records. On opening night at Barclays, also vs. the Fever, the Libs became the first WNBA club to surpass $2 million in gate receipts and their national TV audience of 17.4 million that night was bigger — by nearly three million — than any Brooklyn Nets game since 2022!
