The Brooklyn Nets are very close to getting a championship caliber roster.
Per a report from Ric Bucher of Bleacher Report, Kyrie Irving is trying to persuade Kevin Durant to sign with the Nets with him. The NBA Free Agency period begins on June 30.
Reports came out this past weekend that the Nets were gaining confidence in the free agency process and were inching closer to signing Durant.
