The Nets have gotten by for much of this season without Kyrie Irving, and they’re going to have to figure out how to do it again.
Irving will be out for at least a week with a medial ligament sprain, and easily could miss more time. That means All-Star snub Spencer Dinwiddie is going to have to run the point while Garrett Temple and Caris LeVert pick up the slack.
“I always say this, we pay 17 guys on the roster,” coach Kenny Atkinson said. “A guy goes down, that’s our job. You have to step up.
