Just as Brooklyn’s Nets will open at home vs. the New York Knicks, Long Island’s Nets will open their G-League schedule vs. the Westchester Knicks.
The Long Island Nets on Monday announced their 2018-19 season schedule, which tips off Saturday, November 3 versus Westchester at Nassau Coliseum. G-League seasons consist of 50 games, running from early November to late March.
It will be Long Island’s third season in the G-League, their second at Nassau and their first under Will Weaver, who has gone from Kenny Atkinson’s assistant in Brooklyn to head coach in Long Island.
