Rod Thorn and Jason Kidd are together again.
The former Nets executive, who retired from his post as the NBA’s president of basketball operations this summer, was hired by the Bucks as a special consultant on Monday in the latest move that shows Kidd’s ever-growing impact on the franchise.
“The Bucks have a young, talented team with huge potential and are in the process of building a world-class organization,” Thorn said in a statement. “I’m very pleased to work with a visionary ownership group, a terrific young coach in Jason Kidd and an outstanding and well-respected general manager in John Hammond.
