The process can start with a simple credit card swipe at Brooklyn Nets team store by a tourist from say, France or Germany, in December. Or maybe a walk-up at the Nets ticket booth on Flatbush on a spring day in March.
As every fan who’s been to a game at Barclays Center knows, the arena is a “cash-less” facility. Everything purchased from tickets to jerseys to hot dogs requires a swipe or a tap. It makes for a more efficient operation, of course. No one is counting out pennies, nickels and dimes delaying already long lines.
