D’Angelo Russell has been traded twice before, so he insists he isn’t sweating Thursday’s NBA trade deadline.
The Knicks are among the teams interested in the 23-year-old Russell, who scored 17 points Wednesday night in a 129-88 blowout loss to the Nets in his first game in Brooklyn following the blockbuster sign-and-trade with Golden State for Kevin Durant last summer.
“I have no idea what the talks are. There’s so much that’s going on. You never know what to believe,” Russell said after the game. “It is what it is. We’ll see.”
Still, the 2019 All-Star point guard also professed his love for New York fans.
