Within weeks of free agency, Boston Celtics star Kyrie Irving and his longtime agent Jeff Wechsler have parted ways, league sources tell ESPN.

The move was seen as yet another indication of Irving’s interest in the Nets. Not only is Jay-Z, the Nets former minority stockholder, the founder of the agency, but Michael Yormark, Nets president Brett Yormark’s twin brother, is the company CEO.
