D’Angelo Russell isn’t sure what kind of crowd reaction he is going to receive Wednesday night when he returns to Barclays Center to play against a team that helped him become an All-Star last season.
“New York fans can be brutal and they can be loving at the same time,” Russell said Tuesday after his Warriors went through a practice at Chelsea Piers. “However they decide to react, I don’t really care. I’m just looking forward to being in that atmosphere and playing.”
There’s no reason to think the reaction will be anything but positive.
