The Nets ground out yet another close endgame. And as usual, it was the two-headed snake of D’Angelo Russell and Spencer Dinwiddie that led the way.
Brooklyn came from behind to beat Orlando 114-110 before 13,185 at Barclays Center, the second time they’d beaten the Magic in five days.
This one didn’t take a rally from 21 points down like their Jan. 18 stunner in Orlando. It just took a game-high 29 points from Dinwiddie and a near triple-double from Russell. Oh, and a last-ditch call that actually went for the Nets instead of against them. Maybe the worm really is turning.
