The Brooklyn Nets will have an early start Sunday evening at Barclays Center, as their matchup with the two-time defending NBA champion Golden State Warriors is set to tip off at 5 p.m. Eastern.
The Nets (2-3) come in off an emotional loss Friday night to the New Orleans Pelicans on the road, a game in which they surrendered nine unanswered points in the final 2:04 after leading most of the game.
Golden State (5-1) has won three in a row since an Oct. 19 loss at Denver, winning by an average of 23.3 points in those three matchups.
