ESPN is reporting that the Brooklyn Nets have found a player to fill the two-way roster spot vacated when center Alan Williams requested his release last week.
That would be Alan Williams.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski, Williams ran into issues finalizing a deal to return to the Chinese Basketball Association, where he played in 2015-16, and will instead return to Brooklyn.
After complications finalizing a new China Basketball Association contract, center Alan Williams has decided to re-sign with the Brooklyn Nets on a two-way contract, league sources tell ESPN. He’s expected to be dressed for game against Toronto on Friday.
