The Chicago Bulls introduced free-agent acquisition Jabari Parker on Wednesday at the United Center, a free agent the Brooklyn Nets reportedly took a hard look at.
Parker came into the offseason a restricted free agent, but his situation changed Saturday when the Milwaukee Bucks withdrew their qualifying offer to the former No. 2 overall pick and then renounced his rights.
ESPN’s Brian Windhorst — in a rare bit of non-LeBron James insight — said Monday on Zach Lowe’s The Lowe Post podcast that the Nets were one of the teams that was in the mix on Parker.
